Thank you for shopping at Vapes Australia. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order anytime within 2 days without giving any reason for doing so as long as the order is NOT SHIPPED. To cancel, email us at info@vapesaustralia.com. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day the order is cancelled.

Conditions for Returns

• Contact us on info@vapesaustralia.com before you send the return
• The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be refunded.

Returning Goods

Contact us on email and we’ll send you a return address. DO NOT SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON THE CONTACT US PAGE as that’s our office, not the warehouse. After you ship the package, email us the tracking number.
